BoosterBound Terms of Service
Effective date: October 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BoosterBound’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is provided by BoosterBound, located in the United States of America (“BoosterBound,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly at admin@boosterbound.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. What BoosterBound Provides
BoosterBound helps you organize and monitor purchases and shipments. Depending on your plan and the features available, the Service may:
- Identify order confirmations and shipping updates from connected email accounts.
- Import and organize order and shipment information.
- Display tracking updates supplied by carriers and tracking providers.
- Provide spending summaries, inventory tools, and related analytics.
- Send order and delivery notifications through supported channels.
The features and limits included in each plan are described at boosterbound.com/join and during signup or checkout.
BoosterBound does not sell, transport, deliver, insure, or take custody of the products you track. Retailers, sellers, and carriers remain responsible for their respective products and services. BoosterBound does not automatically submit claims, returns, cancellations, or refund requests unless a feature expressly states otherwise.
3. Connected Email Accounts
Connecting an email account is optional, but some features require it.
When you connect an account, you authorize BoosterBound to access and process email data through the permissions you approve to identify order confirmations, shipping updates, and related purchase information and provide the features you enable.
This processing may involve examining message information to determine whether a message relates to an order or shipment. The permissions requested, information accessed, information retained, and use of service providers are described in our Privacy Policy and applicable connection screens.
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to access and connect to the Service. If you connect an organizational account, you are responsible for obtaining any required organizational authorization.
You may disconnect an account and revoke permissions through your email provider. Disconnecting stops future synchronization once the request is processed. It does not automatically delete information previously imported into BoosterBound.
Email providers may restrict, interrupt, or revoke access. You may need to reconnect an account to restore synchronization.
4. Your Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available at boosterbound.com/privacy, explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal information.
You retain your rights in the emails, order information, and other content you provide or authorize us to access (“Your Content”). These Terms do not transfer ownership of Your Content to BoosterBound.
You grant BoosterBound a limited, nonexclusive permission to access, host, reproduce, process, and transmit Your Content as necessary to operate the Service, provide the features you enable, maintain security, and comply with law, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable provider restrictions.
This permission does not authorize us to sell your email content or use it for unrelated advertising.
When you configure an integration or notification destination, you instruct us to send the information needed for that feature to the selected destination. You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and securing access to those destinations.
5. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions
Plans and pricing
BoosterBound may offer free and paid plans. Your checkout screen will identify the price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and included features before you purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an annual subscription is billed as one annual payment. Any monthly equivalent displayed for comparison is not a monthly payment option.
Automatic renewal
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed price and billing interval until you cancel.
Renewal dates and billing details are available through dashboard or the app store through which you subscribed.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal at any time through the applicable billing channel:
- Website purchases: Dashboard Settings
- Apple App Store purchases, if offered: Your Apple subscription settings.
- Google Play purchases, if offered: Your Google Play subscription settings.
Cancel before the renewal deadline disclosed at purchase and by your billing provider to avoid the next charge. Any provider-specific cancellation cutoff will be disclosed in the applicable purchase flow.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and paid features remain available until then.
Disconnecting an email account or uninstalling an application does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion and cancellation are addressed in Section 12.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated in an offer, payments are nonrefundable, and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods.
For purchases billed by Apple or Google, submit refund requests through the applicable store, subject to its policies and your legal rights.
Trials and promotions
Any trial or promotional offer will state its duration, eligibility, subsequent price, and whether it converts to a paid subscription. If automatic paid conversion applies, you must cancel before the disclosed deadline to avoid a charge.
Price and plan changes
We will give at least 30 days’ advance notice of increases to your recurring subscription price, or longer where required by law. Increases apply no earlier than your next renewal after the notice period and are subject to any required consent.
We will notify you before materially reducing the core features of an existing paid plan. If a reduction takes effect during a prepaid period, you may cancel and request a proportionate refund for the remaining affected period.
Failed payments
If payment fails, we may notify you and suspend paid features until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for valid charges already incurred.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
- Access or connect an account without authorization.
- Use the Service to stalk, harass, or monitor another person without authorization.
- Bypass security controls, subscription restrictions, or usage limits.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with the Service’s operation.
- Scrape or extract data through automated means except through an authorized feature or API.
- Resell access to the Service without our written permission.
- Upload or process content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Submit tracking numbers or other data you are not entitled to use.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
Any applicable account, tracking, storage, or synchronization limits will be disclosed in your plan or feature documentation.
We may take proportionate action to address misuse, including limiting activity or suspending access as described in Section 12.
7. Tracking Information and Analytics
The Service relies on information from emails, retailers, carriers, and other third parties. That information may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, delayed, or unavailable. Automated extraction may miss orders or incorrectly identify amounts, products, dates, or delivery events.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. A displayed delivery status is not independent proof that a package was received.
You should verify important information with the relevant retailer or carrier, particularly for claims, return deadlines, accounting, taxes, or other decisions with financial consequences.
Spending and inventory tools are informational and do not constitute accounting, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
8. Notifications and Integrations
You may enable supported notification channels and disable them through the applicable Service, device, or third-party settings.
Notification delivery depends on network connectivity, device settings, and third-party services. We do not guarantee that every notification will arrive or arrive on time.
Information sent to a Discord channel, webhook, or other shared destination may be accessible to others with access to that destination. Review your settings before enabling these features.
Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. BoosterBound’s Intellectual Property
BoosterBound and its licensors retain all rights in the Service’s software, branding, design, and other materials, excluding Your Content and third-party materials.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes during your authorized access period.
Except as permitted by law or authorized in writing, you may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
10. Availability and Service Changes
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, and other events may affect availability.
We may update or modify the Service. Changes to paid features are subject to Section 5.
If we permanently discontinue a paid service, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice where reasonably practicable and refund prepaid fees attributable to the unused period after discontinuation.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will identify every order, produce error-free analytics, provide accurate delivery estimates, or meet every particular requirement.
These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Excluded damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from these Terms or use of the Service, including lost profits or business opportunities.
12. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion through your dashboard
For subscriptions billed directly by BoosterBound, a verified account deletion request will also cancel future renewal. If Apple, Google, or another provider manages your subscription, you must cancel through that provider; we will explain this during the deletion process.
Suspension or termination by BoosterBound
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create a security risk, engage in fraud, fail to pay valid charges, or if continued access would violate law or a provider requirement.
Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act immediately when necessary to protect users, the Service, or others.
If we terminate a paid account for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund prepaid fees for the unused period. Other refunds remain subject to Section 5 and applicable law.
Data after deletion
After a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify account data within 5 business days, except information we must retain for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or resolving disputes.
Residual backup copies may remain for up to 14 days, subject to restricted access, before deletion through our normal backup cycle. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
Unless immediate removal is necessary for security or legal reasons, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve available data before a termination we initiate.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual property provisions, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice by email, an in-app notice, or another appropriate method.
Changes needed to address urgent legal or security requirements may take effect sooner, with notice as reasonably practicable.
The notice will identify the effective date. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before applying a change. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before it takes effect. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms governing a dispute that has already arisen.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the laws of your place of residence or any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
15. General Terms
These Terms and any terms expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between you and BoosterBound concerning the Service.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the Service, provided the transfer does not reduce your rights under these Terms.
